Description
Durable, machine-washable sock yarn
High strength of the sock yarn due to 4-ply twisting, ensuring good durability of the socks
The fiber is "superwash" treated, making it easily washable in the washing machine at 40°C on a delicate cycle; the sock yarn will not felt.
"Superwash" means that the wool is made felt-free through chemical processes. The scales of the wool are partially removed, preventing them from interlocking (= felting). Additionally, the fiber is protected by a wash-resistant film.
This makes the wool much less sensitive and easier to care for.
